All Ethernet Express customers are provided a log in to access their usage graphs. If you do not have this information you can contact support and we can reset this information for you.
You can access these graphs at http://cacti.donet.com/ anytime for real-time statistics on your usage now and in the past 24 hours, past week, past month, and past year.
Some recommended ways to check your network performance:
Run a speed test using DataYard’s Speed Test http://speedtest.datayard.us/.
If speeds look normal (closely matching your installed speed), there may be trouble at your application or remote site.
