How Can I Add Additional RAM to my VIP Instance?

Assistance with adding additional RAM to your VIP instance.

Additional RAM can be added in 1GB increments, with no maximum.

Please be sure to include how much RAM you would like to increase to and your company information.

Please note that once we have added the requested additional RAM, you will need to reboot your VIP instance before it is recognized by the system. If you need assistance with this process please contact support.
