If the time comes for you to move a domain name that DataYard purchased for you to a different DNS provider, either give our support line a call, or submit a ticket by emailing into [email protected] with this request.

We will then make sure that the domain is unlocked and provide you with the transfer code for the domain.

You are then able to transfer over your domain to your new DNS provider using the supplied transfer code.
